When I was first learning to play Euchre (a trick-taking game that apparently only people around Wisconsin know how to play), I’d pull a few surprise rounds with quips similar to Sasha’s.

“Now, this ace is trump, right?”

“Yes, you take the trick.”

“And this one is trump too, right?”

“… Just show your hand.”
