I like how this kinda works even when I don’t remember what the squid is saying at all. Oh Wingdings.
Detectives are well known for knowing all along and letting people struggle to deduce the correct answer. Obviously, this is 100% what happened here.
It’s got that going for it.
We wouldn’t want that now, would we!
They must not go into the cellar very often.
Happy Pirate Day!
Stupid government interference, gettin’ in the way of a good ol’ fashioned summing.
I had gotten the idea for this comic from an April Fools’ comic done by another Badger Herald comic artist who was lampooning my comic. It was super well drawn, as it was done by a real art person instead of me (I think my April Fools’ comic would’ve been the one of C’est Le Mort). Unfortunately, the archives of the comic are no more, and I actually don’t quite remember who drew it! So sad. The general premise was that The Squid was really Cthulhu (or a minion of Cthulhu), which is really the bit of information needed to have this comic make more sense.
Wingdings are much more terrifying when spoken by The O.P.
Considering Sasha is wearing the detective outfit, wouldn’t it make more sense for her to do the explaining?
