I took a Linguistics course in my last semester, mostly to fulfill the 3 credits of generic humanities courses I still needed to take to graduate (whoops). I was pleasantly surprised to find it related quite well to some of the concepts we explored in my computer science classes. (And as an added bonus, my good friend Brian also happened to be taking the same course that semester too. Good times).
At this point, however, I haven’t really retained the knowledge on how to read or write the International Alphabet. >_>;
