I can’t recall if I had gotten them out before or after I drew this particular comic. As you can see, it was definitely a copout. Especially since I usually don’t usually give myself a voice in the comics directly.
It seems the posting schedule online is in sync with the schedule when it was in print; Friday comics were often not related to the ‘storyline’ of the week, since I didn’t always get the chance to draw color comics. Other times, it would be the color comic that would be ‘random’, while the Monday-Wednesday and the Friday comic would all be related.

This Linguistics class was what actually … discouraged me from writing lower-case k’s with a loop. I used to do that all the time, but then I was marked off on an assignment with no explanation as to why. Eventually, we found out that the lower-case k with a loop is not a valid symbol in the IPA. So I stopped writing them like that so I wouldn’t make that mistake again.
(It still didn’t stop me from making all sorts of silly mistakes on the tests, though.)
