This was originally posted in the Fall of 2006, shortly after the midterm elections ended (as you may have gathered from yesterday’s comic). There had been a lot of political ads, so it was nice that they had stopped. This was also a point of time where there would actually be a break in between election seasons instead of immediately speculating on the next election all the time. Those were the days.
